St John of God Subiaco Hospital is proud to announce Horizon House West Leederville as its Charity of Choice for 2026.
Horizon House West Leederville provides safe housing and holistic support for young parents, and their babies, who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. The program aims to help these young people access education, training, and employment opportunities, while also developing essential life skills and achieving personal goals.
The St John of God Horizon House network has been supporting young people across WA and Victoria for more than 20 years and is run by St John of God Social Outreach. The new West Leederville home marks the 13th Horizon House location and is located adjacent to our hospital.
With its strong alignment to our mission and its close connection to our community, Horizon House West Leederville is a natural and heartfelt selection as our Charity of Choice for 2026.
Fundraising Activities:
There will be various fundraising activities across the year, so please look out for those announcements. Please use the form below to make your donations.
Funds raised will directly benefit Horizon House West Leederville clients, helping to fund things like welcome packs (kitchen essentials, small appliances, linen, and other necessary household goods), which are provided to new clients and transition packs, to support people to set up their new home when they are ready to transition back into the community. Funds may also go towards toys, books, baby clothing and much more!
