St John of God Health Care’s Horizon House Program provides accommodation, care and support to young people aged 16 to 22 years who are currently experiencing, or are at serious risk of, homelessness. Horizon House operates in various locations in Western Australia and Victoria, and specialist support is also available for young mothers and Aboriginal young men in some locations.

In a new blog for National Youth Week, St John of God Health Care's Director Homelessness and Support Services, Naomi Boyd, discusses the factors that contribute to youth homelessness and the misconceptions that many people have about the young people.

St John of God Foundation and St John of God Health Care are not-for-profit organisations working together to improve health care in our community.
